About Our Event

The Portland Modern Home Tour, developed by Tour producer Jamie Leasure, has become THE annual, must-attend event for hundreds of Pacific Northwest residents who love cutting-edge architecture and design. Jamie founded the Portland Modern Home Tour with the same goal in mind – showcasing the most innovative and distinctive architects, builders and designers in the PNW.

Featuring a carefully curated selection of homes that highlight the most exciting design trends, each tour home represents a unique vision of the contemporary architecture scene.

Now, a new event highlighting the best of Willamette Valley is coming together – a place where vibrant design and the allure of the Oregon Wine Country combine to create showcase spaces that are down the road and around the corner from the city, but with a regional style all their own – and we want you to be part of it!

Everything You Need To Know!

The Willamette Valley Architecture + Design Tour is not just about showcasing the best homes, architects, and builders – it’s also about creating a community of enthusiasts who are both passionate about architecture and design AND excited to discover the beautiful Willamette Wine Country.

Is there any cost to the homeowner?

No. Your home is on the Tour free of charge! Even better - homeowners do get admission to future PDX and Willamette Valley Home Tours on us - just ask!

Approximately how many people will be in my home at one time?

Depending on ticket sales, anywhere from 0 to 50+ guests during Tour hours. Based on past history, you should expect a steady flow of visitors throughout the Tour day!

What kind of access does my property need?

There should be space for about 40-50 cars to park concurrently (and legally!) in the surrounding areas. Homes where residential parking permits are required ion weekends may not be workable for this event - sorry!

What are my responsibilities as a Tour property?

Just have your home clean and open on Tour day, and be available to answer guest questions. Your architect, designer, or builder can help out here!

1) Submit your home for consideration

Homes are accepted on a rolling admission basis. We're looking for the most well-designed and curated modern homes in the Willamette Wine Country

2) We handle Tickets, and promotions...

3) We've Got You covered

On tour day, we handle the door, logistics, and all tour operations. Plus, every home is insured against damage or Tourgoer injury right from the start.

4) Enjoy the day!

Meet the Tourgoers and show off your property, or let your builder, architect, or designer do the work while you tour the rest of the homes!
