Originally built in 1950 as part of the National Register listed Green Gables neighborhood, this Eichler home was expanded and completely remodeled in 2012. A new kitchen and entry are located under a raised roof that soars toward the front of the house, while the original living room glass wall looks back to the custom concrete seating and firepit on an ipe wood deck that take advantage of the corner of the irregular lot. Existing bedrooms and baths have been expanded and a new master suite added. Interior materials include Brazilian slate, vertical grain bamboo and Caesarstone.
