This is your chance to introduce your work to a highly targeted group of potential clients in the very best way possible – inside the spaces themselves, where your work can best be appreciated!

How It Works

01 Submit your work

Our events happen once per year in our scheduled cities. If you have an amazing house that showcases your idea of contemporary living, get started by submitting to an upcoming Modern Home Tour for consideration. Homes do NOT need to be brand new construction - in fact, some of our most popular homes are often reimaginings or updates of MCM or historic Modernist homes... or even very special custom ADUs!

But please - check with your homeowners BEFORE submitting! NOTE: your own home is always a great way to "test the waters" for your first year!

02 Approvals are granted on a rolling basis

Get your homes in early! Early homes (with great photography) have a better chance for more exposure through feature articles (to our 13K fan list) and spotlights in our pre-tour promotions.

03 Get The word out!

Once you're accepted, start spreading the news! We'll provide you with discount codes, announcement language, and other materials to help drive ticket sales.

04 Tour Day is 10AM-4PM

ALL HANDS ON DECK! Bring your staff, meet great people, develop new clients and business relationships. Today is the day to evangelize contemporary architecture and design!

Happy Architects + Excited Tourgoers = One Great Day!
