The sideSTEP HOUSE, named for its cedar-wrapped stair tower and how the home ‘sidesteps’ the live oak tree in its courtyard, packs major style and performance into a modest footprint.  The lines its hipped roof and volumes create are subtle yet sexy, especially at night.
